DESIGN + BUILD
When you work with us, the design-build process has a smooth transition throughout each project milestone. We understand that you have your own business to run, which is why we simplify the process as much as possible. We do this by ensuring you have one point of contact – that way you always know who to call to answer any questions you may have.
We understand how important both scheduling and budget are to the overall process, especially in today’s market. That’s why we leverage our relationships with multiple architects and designers to assist our clients with identifying the best design professional for the project.
BID PROCESS
Roycik Construction bids differently than most. Our owners are hands-on throughout the entire process from bid consideration to acceptance.
Construction is already complex, which is why we feel it doesn’t make sense to complicate the procedure with multiple layers and contacts. That’s why we streamline the process by having you talk to one individual instead of multiple.
